Your data rights

Under UK GDPR you have clear rights over the personal data KingdomJob (operated by OUROPT LTD, ICO registration ZC231186) holds about you. This page explains them in plain English and how to use them.

Your rights, in plain English

• Access — ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — ask us to correct anything that is wrong or incomplete.
• Erasure — ask us to delete your personal data ("the right to be forgotten").
• Restriction — ask us to pause using your data in certain situations.
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests, including any profiling.
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

The fastest way: self-service

If you have an account, most things are instant: sign in and go to Settings to export your data as JSON or permanently delete your account (which removes your profile, saved jobs, saved searches and CVs).

For anything else: send a request

Use the form below (or email privacy@kingdomjob.com) for access, rectification or any request you cannot complete yourself. To protect your data we may need to verify your identity before acting — we will only ask for what is proportionate. We respond within one calendar month.

If you are not satisfied

You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. We would welcome the chance to resolve your concern first, so please do contact us before escalating.
