These terms govern your use of KingdomJob (kingdomjob.com), operated by OUROPT LTD (trading as KingdomJob), registered in England and Wales with company number 17407112, registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. By using the site you accept these terms.

What KingdomJob is

KingdomJob is a job-search platform that aggregates vacancies from licensed third-party job feed providers. We are not an employer, recruitment agency or party to any application. Vacancies originate from third-party providers; when you choose to apply you leave KingdomJob and complete your application on the provider's or employer's own site, under their terms and privacy policy.

Acceptable use

• Use the site lawfully and only to search for work or manage your job-seeking activity.
• Do not scrape, bulk-download or systematically copy listings without our written permission.
• Do not attempt to probe, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Do not submit false, misleading or malicious content, including in CVs or contact messages.
• Do not use automated means to create accounts or abuse forms.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You must provide an accurate email address. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms. You can close your account at any time from Settings.

Intellectual property

The KingdomJob name, branding, design and original content are owned by OUROPT LTD. Job listings remain the property of their respective providers or employers and are displayed under licence. You retain ownership of content you upload (such as your CV); you grant us the limited licence needed to store and operate on it so we can provide the service to you.

Disclaimers

• Listings come from third-party providers. We do not guarantee that any vacancy is accurate, current or still available, and we do not vet every employer.
• The service is provided "as is" and "as available"; we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Nothing on the site constitutes careers, legal or financial advice.

Liability

KingdomJob is a free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from third-party listings, websites or application processes. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
