Debt Recovery Solicitor

The successful applicant will be based in our client's Liverpool Office working with our Enforcement Team. The role is suited to candidates with experience of issuing Part 8 Proceedings and Court Applications. The successful candidate will have responsibility for managing a caseload of debt recovery matters, with a particular focus on the recovery of damages, legal costs, disbursements and other sums due following settlement, judgment or breach of agreement.
